Cliff Diving!!

Jump!! Jump!! Jump!! How many times does someone tell you to go jump off a cliff. Well I have taken this advice, and not just me but my family too.
In the depths of the Andorandack wilderness there is a river. Now this river is by a cliff that is 50 feet high. Me and my family saw some people jumping off it and decided it might be fun. So we jumped off the cliff.

The first jump was definitely the hardest. it took forever to get the nerve to jump off the cliff, nut after that initial problem it was a piece of cake. It was the most adrenaline pumping thing i've ever done. I highly recommend it to any thrill seeker out there.

The feeling of falling just can't be matched. Tell about any thrill seeking you have done? Was it more dangerous than mine?

  1. My Dad was a camp director and our family had gone camping for years, but I never really hiked before. One summer I worked as a counselor at a wilderness camp in the Trinity Alps in northern California.

Most of the counselors and campers had been going there for years. One counselor took me rock climbing for the 1st time. He wanted me to friction climb, which is where you use the friction of your body against the rocks to keep from sliding. I was so scared, I swear I saw my life flash in front of my eyes, and I couldn't do it.

At camp, we took the campers out on the trail for 3-5 days. On one hike we came to a rock slide. It was my 1st time going down by myself and I froze half way down. The campers urged me on because I was hold them up : ~

That day I got down the mountain, learned how to friction climb, I love it and it changed my life.
